FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Who are the classes for?

Classes are for children from 6 years old and higher. Adult classes are also available for anyone wanting to revisit their own intuition. Everyone has natural intuition — it is simply a matter of tapping into it. For children this is easier, and with practice adults can also receive information.

How does the method work?

Every session follows four steps. We begin with breathwork and meditation to calm the mind, shifting the brain from the busy beta state into the calm alpha state and building heart/brain coherence. From there we move into energy practices where children begin to perceive the energy within and around them, fun perception exercises where they learn to perceive colours and shapes through subtle information, and visualization exercises that strengthen their ability to create images and connections in the mind. Why does this method work?

Because intuition needs a quiet mind. When the brain settles from busy beta waves into calm alpha waves, subtle information becomes easier to notice — and short playful practice makes that ability stronger. Why it works →

Do children need any experience?

No experience is needed — every session is playful, guided and adapted to the children attending.

How many classes do adults and children need?

We recommend 8 sessions. Everybody is different, but for children it comes much more naturally. Most children notice a difference within the first few sessions, so a four-session pack is a good place to begin — enough time to learn the four steps and settle into a rhythm. Adults usually need a little more time, because the adult mind is used to being busy, but with regular practice the same ability comes back. See session rates →

Are classes online or in person?

Individual and small-group classes are available online, and live workshops are offered throughout Canada and the US. Adult classes are also available.

Do we need any material for the class?

  • Eye Mask: Please get an eye mask that completely blocks out light, but still allows you to open your eyes underneath.
  • Colored Cards: Purchase blue, red, yellow, and green cardstock. Cut them to the size of playing cards. Please have at least 5 cards of each color ready for the classification exercises. Here is an example.
  • Zener Cards: Print 5 copies of the Zener Cards on thick paper (similar to playing cards) and cut them out.
  • Pictures: Print at least 10 of the pictures on thick paper; two pictures will fit on one A4 sheet.Printouts will be provided.

How do we book a class?

The easiest way to start is a free 15-minute discovery call, where I answer your questions, learn about your child and help you choose the format that fits best. You can also book directly through Calendly or send a message from the contact page. Go to Contact & Booking →

How do children begin to perceive colours and shapes?

Every child finds their own way in. We begin with a calm mind: breathwork and meditation settle the brain from busy beta waves into calm alpha waves, and from there children play short perception games with coloured cards and pictures. Intuitive information can arrive in many ways — most children notice it first as one of these:

  • Inner voice whispering
  • Showing images or symbols on a screen in the mind
  • Physical sensations in the body (e.g. tension or lightness)
  • A sense of "just knowing" without knowing how
  • Through our fingers (dermo vision)
  • Through extraocular vision (light tunnel through the mask)
  • Micro antennas in the whole body that serve as a biocompute

Most children notice one of these before they notice all of them. Nothing has to be taught — the ability is simply noticed, then practised, and it grows with practice. Explore the method →
